Pellegrini’s food features delicious home made dishes made of the finest and freshest ingredients. Carlo combines simple recipes with seasonal vegetables, pasta, fresh seafood, chicken, lamb or beef, authentic Italian sauces and herbs – then infuses them with a passion for serving a wonderful handcrafted meal.
