The Colorado Tourism Office (CTO) is the statewide destination marketing & management organization. One of their programs is the CTO Learning Labs platform. This free online education resource aims to help frontline workers and tourism professionals alike hone their skills and build their Colorado expertise to ensure our visitors feel welcomed and cared for.
With the statewide need to advance industry workforce, the CTO selected 5 destinations, including Greeley, to participate in the Destination Learning Lab Pilot Program with the goal of building a knowledgeable community of frontline workers. These workers ensure a positive experience for locals and visitors alike.
